I have written this mail below to their Founder Nikhil Barshikar who also has ignored the complaint while their child like Business Head - Vinutha Rao is portraying arrogance and clashing with a complaint taking her incompetent management skills on a student.
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing this mail in reference to my previous email - Request to cancel my course and refund the amount and to bring forth the terrible experience I am having with Imarticus Learning management, support, and faculty. I have already communicated the issue with Sadaf and Kavya who were quite understanding and well mannered compared to Vinutha who turns out to be a Business Head.
I had looked up for Digital Marketing course and your Institute turned up during June to be the one providing the course and I applied for it. However, when your Sales Representative Premjit followed up with my inquiry, I was informed that your institute does not have the course for Digital Marketing and he suggested that I go ahead with Data Science claiming it is a course designed in a manner that a fresher or person with no relative experience or knowledge will be taken through the introduction, step by step guidance, briefing and everything done to ensure I understand the basics to understand Data Science. However, none of this happened and I was straight away provided with access to a portal for self-learning which had videos of a narrator hop-skip-jumped the topics and lacked any clarity. The videos looked effortless and definitely not made keeping a beginner in mind. I reached Manokamana who was in connect and I was told that this is just for my information and everything will thought and I'll be taken through necessary knowledge for the course.
The classes commenced and Tulsidass was the mentor for us. There were brief introduction and then everything that was covered went way too advanced without any clarification on why we do what we do. It was also noticed that the student with no background or knowledge were put in the class of students with educational and professional background of Data Science and they classes were thought at their level. The students also pointed this out clearly stating that nothing of what's told is getting us as it's way too advanced and the mentor was unaware of this, apologised and just informed the meaning of words and carried it on. He also shared his contact asking us to reach him if we have doubts or need any help and also stated that Chandan will upload the recorded video of the classes for our study and understanding. Chandan, took * days to do this, to upload the video of Saturday and Sunday classes and I being a working professional don't get to study this on my working days as much as I can do on Saturday and Sunday. I can study a little, do assignments or add more knowledge on my working days but relearning with the doubts is hard especially when the faculty (Tulsidass) does not respond to calls or messages and leaves on see when he asked us to reach him for doubts.
I took this up with Manokamana and clearly told this is not working out for me as the course was nothing like it was told (easy and good for someone with non technical or mathematical background) and she suggested that I will put in next batch of September. I agreed and waited for an update but this did not happen, I followed up multiple times of which she was either not responding or informed that someone from her team will connect with me to help out with classes. I even suggested her to provide me with an alternative course that can help but none were taken care of.
I took care of Online Reputation Management of my previous company and it was still a good time for me to go ahead with change in career and I cannot stall my career because the institute which promised a good support and faculty failed to keep up. I have an experience of * years in customer care and I have advanced to a position of Mid Management in my new firm along with the change of job in mid of September.
As nothing from Imarticus helped me out, the teaching was irrelevant, there was no assessment, no support from management or faculty, I spoke to Manokamana again and informed my decision to quit this get my refund for the course with the reasons above. She asked me to mail this and I did after whi h Sadaf and Kavya reached me to understand the issue and we're sensible and sensitive to my situation and told me that they will get back to me with an update.
This did not happen and I topped by tagging you considering all their ignorance believing a visionary will not set a business in this direction and is unaware of what the faculties are doing but to which Vinutha who turn out to be a Business Head responded to me asking me to not tag you instead of providing a solution. There was no response for my query, my request but there was a response to me tagging you and the response was not a solution but shunning me down, trying to silence me. He response was not just arrogant as a irritated child but also had real dictatorship. She argued more and resolved none.
Later this week, they have responded to me with a break down of the fees asking me to pay for the failures of support and classes, exact reason I dropped off the course and gave me literal take this leave option suggesting me to go ahead with my course of action that pleases me. I do not want to go ahead until I have put in my efforts to bring forth my experience to the one who can understand what the goal of a educational institution would be a hoping that this is not what you had in mind when you set up Imarticus Learning.
The people you have left your business will bury the efforts with arrogance and negligence while people like me fight to get what we deserve. We can't be in this loop and I hope you look into this and take a right move towards a justified resolution.
