Imarticus Learning Private Limited - Placement service was promised but not provided so need refund

I was contacted by a representative of Imarticus Learning in the month of March **** regarding an online Investment banking operations course. The course name is Certified Investment Banking Operations Course. I was assured ***% placement guarantee on completion of the course along with a **-**% hike in the present drawn salary. I enrolled into the course and completed it in the month of May ****. Since then they have not provided me placement and now they are making excuses about the package that they can offer. It has been over * months since I competed the course and there has been no placement provided to me. Being from a middle class family a job is very important to me and Imarticus learning is playing with the aspirations of students that trusted them. They charged me over * lakh rupees for the course and have not provided any service as guaranteed. I have tried to reach out to them several times and requested them most humbly but no one takes things seriously. I am fed up of the way these companies ripp off people and prey on aspirations of others. I am seeking a refund of the amount I paid for the fees of the course and I would request strict action against the company to avoid any such instance in the future.
