Happy Easy Go - illegal amount deduction

i booked a flight from happy easy go from delhi to bagdogra, of date **th may **** from spice jet flight , and my order id is ****************** . during the time of ticket booking i opted for zero cancellation policy, due to some reason i decided to cancel my ticket so ri* before cancellation i talked to customer care executive of happy easy go , thje lady on the call assured me that only ***-*** rs will be deducted as i had opted for zero cancellation policy but now after more than ** days of cancellation i got the msg that ****rs will be refunded only so i again called the happy easy go executive this time he has different thing to say he said there is no info of zero cancellation policy which i opted at that time and he said i had to talk to spice jet now if they transferred the full amount then there is some possibility of more refund but my point is why they misguided me before cancellation as i clearly asked about this
