On *th of this month I had mailed (from my official mail id) Idea cellular company to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid since my billing cycle was starting from next day.Also i have paid my bill of the month and provided my idhar card,driving license and passport size photo with the mail.But i got reply from the company that they cannot process my request and I have to visit nearest store after lockdown period is completed.Since lockdown period is uncertain and likely to be extended & also I have to bear postpaid bill for these days (amount is not big but govt have asked all companies to work online so they should act as per norms of govt).So lodging complaint for such violation of norms of govt.
