I have icici saving and current a/c. My current a/c related insta bizz app was not working last ** days. I tried to contact icici custumer care many times they didn't rectify instabizz app working problem. Yesterday a insta bizz page was going on facebook on a behalf of icici bank page promoting sahrukh khan icici new insta bizz app. I complain on this page in face book that my insta bizz app is not working last ** days. .Icicbank replid send ur ph. No and email id our custumer care executive will contact u. And solve ur app related problem. With in one minute a person made a call on behalf of icici bank custumer care executive. He told me first unstall app and then reinstall again. Problem will be rectify and insta bizz app will be operate. During this time I think that so called custumer care executive hacked my ph. And ***** rs. Finished with in * minute . Please provide solution.
