ICICI Bank Limited - credit card application

My name is Puneet, I applied the credit card of ICICI Bank whose application number ***********. My application was rejected because the address was not matched, but I had filled my current residence address in the application foam, which I attached the proof too. But my address verification was done at my old residence address which was in my Aadhaar card. On the day I was on leave, the person who went to verify my office address calls me outside the office and says that if you are not in the office then verification will not be done and he also sends negative report. The next day I get the message that the application of my card has been rejected and I will not be able to apply for the card again for next * months. Now I want to know who has a mistake in it and what I have to do next in it so that I can make my card.
