Uber Cab Service
- I was overcharged for the intercity round trip paid extra cash to driver Closed
I have booked round trip via uber app from bangalore to nandi hills and nandi hills to bangalore. After booking the amount shown was **** in the app. it also showed that till *** kms and * hours no charge. While returning back to bangalore driver told that amount shown was for one way trip and i need to enter the destination point once again in the app. I argued its a round trip and updating the destination would be incorrect. But he ended the trip in nandhi hills and asked us to pay *** rupees to drop us back in bangalore. We don't have other option because it's already **:** pm in the evening.
After reaching bangalore had raised a complaint in uber app but they didn't provide the resolution. Instead simply closing the ticket without response
