- I was misguided and now not getting respond Closed
I have been played and it's been made look so easy and genuine, thousands of people book from the site and get played as I can see because we don't get to use the genuine service.
The credit shell system is genuine but Happyeasygo hid the information from me and initially asked for *,*** for rescheduling my flight. I already paid *,***/-. And it came down to ****, to ****, to ***. Now I know I wouldn't have paid even *** for the same, I was misguided. I was actually not looking for the flight booking but rather for the credit to use later. But I was made to do so. And you as an agent company kept my credit shell *,***/-. I have to get back the amount including the ***/- which I paid i.e total of *,***/-. And I am definitely taking action for the missed guidance. We make bookings through an agent company to make things easy and for guidance but it's the opposite here. Here is the proof. You initiated credit for my booking for your company and charged *** extra from me rather I should get a refund. Also when I asked about the information they kept the information hidden from me. Also there is no certain way for doing things they are randomly charging amount. Its not just about *,***, its abut the support I was actually going right way but they misguided me, its suppose to be other way around. and i had to book a ticket which I was not looking forward for. I have complete mail and screen shot for the proof and the conversation.
