Toothsi aligners - I want to refund my amount back

I want to refund my **k whoch i was paid in the beginning.....because.....in the beginning Dr Adiba ...the orthodontist was told us to pay **k starting then after we will make it emi of ** months....but after completing all the process Mr satish my smile buddy was call me to pay extra **k nd he said im not eligible for emi....but in the beginning i clearly mention that im a student i dont have credit card nd whatever it is.....but Dr adiba Told that we will make new bajaj account for the only reason we start our journey with this company.....but now we are very disappoint that toothsi was not make us satisfied...instead of that toothsi make us trap and make a payment of *****/- from us......we expect disciplinary action against toothsi.....hope i return my money....other wise...make ** months emi and deliver my product
