Dhani Pay - I want to close my dhani account permanently

Hello, I want to close my dhani pay account but dhani pay not letting me do it. No specific mail regarding account closing. I don't have any dues left paid all the amount still i am not able to delete my account permanently instead of this they are charging me *** rs per month for a service which i dont want.
