Byjus aaksh institution - I want to cancel my byjus aakash subscription

One councellor from byjus aaksh came to my home and explained me all the stuff regarding aaksh neet course and told me to sign the E mandate for EMI and he told that you will get a refund if you are not satisfied with the course he told that you will start receiving calls from our team regarding if you want to continue or not the course was hard for me I was not able to understand so I decided to change my stream and then decided to shift to another City the counselor didn't told me about ** days policy I received my product on * June and I used it then I give my first call regarding cancellation *August but didn't receive any feedback then I called again and then they told that cancellation and refund is not possible now and then they told me about ** days policy they are not refunding me now . FIRSTLY the counselor didn't told me anything about it and only shared E mandate success screenshot they are spamming me they didn't give me full information I was waiting for the call that my counselor told me that they will refund and cancel byju's is calling again and again for asking to pay EMI as I have told them I want to cancel my product and don't want to pay EMI because I was not aware of the policy and that counselor didn't told me about the policies and information byju's is calling and telling us that you have to pay full EMI for the year **** and ** we have a financial problem so we told them that we cannot pay because I have only studied * months and I paid for those two months I want my refund and cancellation of E mandate
