nestaway - I want filr a comapint againt nestaway as i was payint the rent but anyone else was living in the fl

I sent this email to nestway and they are not replying from a month.
Hi Nestaway,
i am a tenant of N***** who is moving of **th jan **** till this date j have paid my all rents and I'm ready to move out as per my schedule date. I want you to let you know that i was not in the town from **th may **** as I went to my hometown and was paying my tent on time. I came back on **th jan **** in the morning and found that some girls were staying in my flat and totally occupied it. She said that they are staying in the flat from around * months and unaware of nestaway and me. I wasn't aware of things happening when i was not in the flat. when i search my things like router, shoes. etc. were not there and most of my things are missing. As i was paying my rent on time i should be the only one in the flat as per my knowledge and notification from your side. I got a offboard notification from your side on **th December ****. i should not be payable for any rent for last * months but i paid as i was unaware of the things happening. I was my deposit and missing things or cost of them. Below are my personal items which are missing and cost of them. I have attached bills of each. The amount of router from Hathaway i paid to them as a missing device is also attached.

please help with the amount of the items or the items itself and the deposit i paid. please consider that I'm not liable to pay the rent of last * months as anyone else was occupying my room. please let me known when this issue will settle.
