Myntra - I recieved a wrong product and they won t even accept the fact

I ordered a black men's Titan wristwatch from Myntra, but when the package arrived, I was in for a shock. Instead of the watch, a low-quality T-shirt was inside. I reached out to Myntra's help center, and they assured me they'd investigate. However, the problem was far from resolved.

Weeks passed, and they kept marking my issue as resolved, despite it being far from it. I had to keep calling them repeatedly. Finally, after a month of back-and-forth, they hit me with their "conclusion." According to them, they sent the right product, and any mix-up was not their problem.

This whole ordeal has left me frustrated and disappointed. It's hard to believe they won't take responsibility for their mistake.
