I received phone on **/**/**** and after using i faced following defect:-
a) phone getting too heat while Normal uses and online studies
b) Camera is working stop automatically and showing message due to device overheated camera crashed.
c) Phone charging speed is very slow and had serious hardware issue
I contact the flipkart on **/**/**** share me issue, technician visit but they reject the replacement request *-* Times.
It caused me great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money.
so, i want a replacement of my phone immediately.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
