Dhani app - I pay loan payment but it s still do my civil score bad

I take loan from dhani app after i pay loan in after some tym. My total loan is *** because i want to only know how to work this app but i can't give money to this app so then i try to pay my loan its doesn't work and after some months they call me and said me if you don't give our loan then we will take action against you.
After this that worker called me i asked him i would i pay this loan and i give money to him.
But it's still fucked up my civil score.
