Dhani app - Holding my money in wallet

I registered and ordered one product through dhani store and paid *** rs. for that product on ** may ****.. It asked me to add money in dhani wallet. The expected date of delivery was * june ****. But they didn't deliver product till * june and i cancelled the order. They refunded *** rs. and added in dhani wallet. Now i am not able to use that money for online order, neither able to transfer to my bank account. When i made a call to their customer care, they asking me to do kyc. But i dont want to do kyc on dhani. I just want my money back only. And they are refusing to refund it. Forcely holding my money in wallet. I just asked if they have such rule of kyc in wallet then why they add my money to wallet while ordering without kyc. If they asked me for kyc that time then i would have been cancelled the order and my money didn't hold in wallet. I want help.
