CRED Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited - I lost almost 5000 rupees because of cred app

I used to pay credit card bills from cred app by blindly believing that app.as usual I paid the amount due which is shown by cred for my rbl bank credit card.cred shown be that I have paid full amount and no dues.but in the next statement I have charged finance and deferred Finance charges from my rbl bank.immediately I called to rbl bank they are telling that I have paid **** rupees of my total bill ***** and some change.next I put this issue on cred support why they shown me wrong due amount.and these people are Trying to skip from this issue and they have cheated me by telling all wrongfull information about the issue.please help me I send you all the proof that cred shown me that I paid my full bill before due date
