Uber Cab Service - i left my clothes in the car driver isnt picking up

I traveled in delhi chatarpur to golf course sector **b dwarka to dwarka delhi from uber cab services on*st of feb and after the trip was over, I left my clothes in the vehicle that day, and the next day I contacted my driver he confirmed.s that clothes are with him and he will give to me as he drives around dwarka but then after he started making excuses that he is now going to trip on ladkah and he will return in ** days. and after ** days when I tried to contact him he stopped picking up the call . and after that the service on his phone expired , and now I am unable to make contact with him, I tried contacting with the uber services so and they are denying any assistance regarding it , citing " that we can provide you details if you are doing any legal actions "
