Phoneskart.in - I have order mobile amount deducted but product did not received

I have ordered for a Speria S* Pro Notch Smart Phone from phoneskart by online payment of Rupees ****/- and I have received message & email of confirmation from them. But after that, I get to know the site is a fraud and there is a lot of complaint on them. Then I tried many times to contact them to make the complaint on support@phoneskart.in which the mail cannot be delivered to them showing the remote server is misconfigured. Also, they have mentioned in the mail any issues with your purchase?
As per payment network regulations, please contact your merchant directly at eloda.biz/ but after visiting that website I call to customer care but the number did not exist. I have researched it that there is no detail given on google of this phone. The order date is ** July now it is *nd Aug I have not to receive any message or call of delivery of the product or my amount refund * days are gone. I have personal mail to them by post a letter of complaint & refund but of that also I am not having any reply. Please, someone, help me to get the refund back.
