Expressbees - I have been charged with fake weight discrepancy

I have been using Shiprocket application since * Months. I use Express bees courier the most frequently.And it’s been more than a month this courier is harassing me everyday with their fake weight discrepancy. I think it’s their second way of income. I have already informed their customer care number and also mailed but I haven’t received any response and the guy in call centre also didn’t provide me any proper resolution. Now this incident is getting on my nerve. I don’t have that much of time to click all the weight pictures and raise dispute every single time. But the funny part is whenever I’m submitting the dispute then they are accepting their mistake. So my question is if they are already wrong then why they are charging me with fake weight discrepancy at the first place? This has totally become a harassment for me. I want proper resolution for this matter. And I have all the proof.
