Byjus aaksh institution - I didn t got all material which was told by Byju s Councellor

My councellor told me that I will get Tab, live classes, test series and books in course I have baught. But, in delivery, I got only SD Card. I spoke with, Byjus, Counsellor, he told me that he is not responsible for that. I called Byju's helpline, but, they told me that you will not receive any material, and they can't help.
