Jabong.com - I did the return still no refund has made

I ordered a shirt from jabong and returned it due to size issue . When first request got closed due to inability to pick up. I raised *nd request. Same day the courier guy came and asked for pick up and said request got closed so he is unable to provide pick up slip.
As he delivered me my last * orders I trusted him and gave the package to hin. And no sms was generated in order to confirm the pick up. After * days the pick up status was still unable to pick up. So I complained at care@jabong.com . And noew they are asking for pick up slip. Please help me ,what to do? Delivery guy is not responding. Customer care is not picking up the call.
