Nestaway In Pune - I AM FALSELY CHARGED WITHon MOVE OUT

I am falsely charged ****/- by the Nestaway team for things that I am not obliged to. Following are the details on each charge applied.

*. Wall REPAIRS - defect (****) - There is not a single wall repair in my room, I have completely no clue why they have charged such a large amount for something that isn’t even there.
*. AC REPAIRS - defect (****) - AC in my room is in a full working condition, it was switched off since I didn’t use AC ever in last * years. How can they charge for AC when there is no defect at all? It is a common sense to switch on the AC and then check.
*. CLEANING - defect (****) - I was informed by property manager and the move-out agent that maximum unto ***/- are charged for cleaning, then why am I being charged such a large amount?
*. Switches and Sockets REPAIRS - defect (***) - There is not a single switch/socket defect in my room, then why charge this? Every other switch in kitchen and living room is working too.
* Exhaust Fan REPAIRS - defect (***) - This is not even my exhaust fan, mine is an attached washroom which is inside my room, in which exhaust fan is working. This exhaust fan is from the washroom which is in common area which belongs to another room(flatmate). Why am I being charged for someone else’s washroom? How stupid is this! This is utterly nonsense.
*. Painting REPAIRS - defect (***) - Why is this charge even added? When I moved in this room, I didn’t get the walls painted and I didn’t even do anything on the walls, walls are as clean as they were before when I moved-in.
*. EXISTING DUES/REFUNDS - RENT NOVEMBER from ****-**-** to ****-**-** (***) - What is this? I had already raised a ticket few days back that these are not valid charges and in that ticket these charges were also removed, then why are these charges sneaked in here? Nestaway ticket number for reference: CC_********
*. UNPAID UTILITY CHARGES DURING MOVE OUT - ** October **** to ** November **** (***) - What are unpaid utility charges? These were never visible on my dashboard then how come suddenly these charges are added without any notice? As of date **th Nov **** there were */- due charges on my dashboard. I am not at all going to agree this fake charge added last minute.
*. Wall Mixer REPAIRS - defect (***) - What is wall mixer repair? Everything is working exactly fine in the video, why is this even added.

As I have explained each and every point above in extreme detail, I hereby kindly request to remove ****/- worth FALSE CHARGES.

THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE. NESTAWAY PEOPLE ARE DOING COMPLETE FRAUD BY ROBBING PEOPLE’S MONEY IN SUCH A PITY WAY. I COMPLETELY DISAGREE WITH ALL THE CHARGES THESE PEOPLE HAVE PUT ON ME UNNECESSARILY. THIS IS CLEAR CUSTOMER HARASSMENT CASE BY LOOTING CUSTOMER WHEREVER POSSIBLE.

I AM DONE WITH NESTAWAY AND IT’S CHEAP TACTICS TO LOOT AND FRAUD. WORST EXPERIENCE.

I HENCE REQUEST ALL OF MY MONEY BACK ASAP.
