I moved out of a house that we took from Nestaway on Rent in Pune. We vacated the house on oct *th **** and Nestaway told us they will refund security deposit money within ** days. But first they incurred charges on us in the name of settlement without discussing at time of inspection and when we complained that few of the charges are not discussed with us and should not be there. They told us they will look into it. Now its been more than * months discussing with them over phone and emails, but no resolution yet. I have lost confidence in nestaway that they will refund our money.
