My customer location Gurdaspur still has not received any parcel ordered on ** July. In parcel there is one piece dress of pink colour of XXl size. The status is showing delivered on ** Jul how can delivery boy shows the delivery status of product without contacting to customer and even not asked for any OTP for receiving the parcel. Without any communication with customer how can parcel gets delivered automatically.
