I would like to refute against the Flipkart's policy on return /refund/exchange and/or price match way of working. In my case, I purchased an AC priced at **,*** on **/**/**** and by the time it got delivered to me. When it was about to be installed the price was dropped by **** Rs. Right now it's being sold at **,***. Meaning in less than * days, I have to gulp a loss of **** for nothing. Worse yet Flipkart did not allow me to cancel and return this order, if they allowed me to do so then I could easily ask for a refund and repurchase the same item. Flipkart did not even advocate for price match/price adjustment by providing me with a voucher. This is purely against the consumers right as
*) I do not have any right to cancel the product
*) Have no right to return the product
*) Flipkart has a policy they will only exchange and not refund the product if it's damaged or not working. Clearly, cases, like I am unhappy with the product or the fact that the product does not perform as they have advertised, are not addressed in their policy and they do not work with the consumers to solve their issues as well.
*) Usually, in a fair market condition within ** days price, drop/price adjustment should be taken care off by the merchant.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
