Manoj Ashok Paturkar filed complaint against Hewlett Packard on Jan 4, 2022
I have purchased a new laptop from Local Shop before few days. And I was feeling the overheating issue with that laptop from the first day itself so went to the same local shop for help so he said me to contact HP Support because this laptop has an onsite warranty. So I did the same, I called them on their support helpline number they took my complaint and said me that they will send an engineer to repair my new laptop and they provided me with the case ID which is ********** so engineer visited and has mentioned something on his paper and asked for a sign which we provided but then when we asked him about the issue, he said you will get a call from the company. So we waited for ** more days. After that again we called on the same number and provided all the details asked by them after that they said this issue won't be covered in warranty though it's new and they started blaming us for the overheating issue instead of providing us the solution. it's been more than * month now we are suffering from this. We are feeling like they are mentally harrasing us.
