I Purchased HP Spectra Laptop on *th Dec ****. Device was not in good condition flickering issue was there. We raised complaint and engineer told us to replace that device and he given us DOE and told us to visit Dealer showroom to get this place since then we are chasing with Dealer and Area Sales Manager but not getting any solution. We are stuck they are not listening. Please help us
