Agoda Booking App - HOTEL DENIED OF BOOKING AND CHECK IN

Dear sir/mdm,
I had booked ** deluxe rooms in a hotel named as HOTEL GOROOMGO SRINAGAR through agoda booking app. My booking was confirmed and the amount was deducted. check in date was **-**-**. When i arrived at hotel to check in the on duty receptionist denied of any booking meanwhile the hotel owner Mr javed came and he also said the same thing. He also told me that they are not tied up with any online booking company and you are cheated. I tried to contact customer care and after several attempts a proper response was given. The CC executive tried to talk the hotel owner but not able to convince the owner. Now the CC executive tried to accommodate us in a different hotel but find himself unable. I had already wasted almost * to *.* hour in between. So I tried my own level and got a hotel which costs me nearly double of the cost i had booked earlier due to the peak season at J&K. Also i informed the same to CC executive to pay the total amount as
per the fresh booking.
* Due to the negligence ,mismanagement and irresponsible behavior i m harassed financially and mentally . now I claim the full refund of fresh booking i.e *****/- plus compensation of *****/- against the harassment. TOTAL OF *****/-.
* The biggest irony is this after getting all information no body careful about the matter. when I contact him after the tour they asked **-** hrs to resolve the matter but till now no confirmation
I received.
hence I request you to solve the issue and help me to get back my hard earned money. Thank you I shall be grateful to you.
