Agoda Booking App - Refund of money

I have booked * deluxe rooms through AGODA for GOA due to some misunderstanding I have not seen the tariff weather it is included breakfast or not i have booked three rooms and paid the full amount. When i realise that then I have tried to make the correction and i was ready to pay the difference of breakfast amount vs the tariff which i have paid , But I have not received any support and cancel the booking. now they are saying that amount can not refund or can not reinstate the booking. I would like to ask how can someone take a heavy amount?? there is no solution ??? I want my money back or reinstate my booking including Breakfast i will pay the difference. This is my hard earn money I will do suicide
