Dear Sir,
I booked a hotel room through goibibo.com in Delhi from **/**/**** to **/**/**** .Booking was confirmed in Capital O ***** Sanskriti with breakdfast but when I reached at hotel at ** hours on **/**/**** I was shocked when I was told by Hotel Sanskriti that they have no tie up with goibibo . I arranged a talk with Sanskriti Manager and goibibo officer then I was offered by goibibo officer to go to alternate hotel about * Kms from that place but that was very low level hotel wiht Rs. *** per day tariff and room was on *nd floor . I had my ** years old mother and my wife also with me and I went to Delhi from Pune to attend a marriage function . My whole program got spoiled as I was searching hotel at my own . goibibo people could not do anything . I was left at my fate .. After continuously wantediring for * hours I could get a room in Hotel City Max at a very high price and I had to take that as I was having no other option. I suffered a lot of inconvinieces and had to spend a cost for hotel Rs. **** (without breakfast) for * days and had to incur extra cost of ****/- on hotel and Rs. **** on breakfast for * days and Rs. **** addtional cost on taxi . goibibo officer called us at night at about ** hours and offered to compensate for additional cost of hotel I requested him to comensate at least for cab charges also . Although , goibibo could not compensate me for my inconvinecne , suffering and loss of attending marriage function . Total extra cost incurred was Rs. **** on hotel room for * days , Rs. **** on break fast and Rs. **** on cab for searchin hotel . Total Rs. ****/- Bill of hotel Citymax were also mailed to goibibo team. i Requested goibibo *-* times to do the needful if they were really concerned for customers . they did not do anything and not responding . request you to take up the matter with goibio.com management.
