JECRC University - Hostel Caution money refund and Excess fees refund

My son SM Shanur Rahman student id no. **BCIN*** withdrew the jecrc university as well as jecrc hostel on date ** Feb **** and submitted claim application for refund of hostel caution money Rs. **** and excess fee refund deposited RS. ***** on the **/**/**** but despite of approx one year for excess fees and six months period for hostel caution money the university has not refunded money to me after contacting more than *** times at account and admin office. Every time they used to give one or two week time and failed me.

Please refund of hostel caution money, and excess fee deposited by me.
