My son naveen mathur student id no. **bscn*** withdrew the jecrc university as well as jecrc hostel on date * may **** and submitted claim application for refund of hostel caution money Rs. ****, university caution money rs. **** and excess fee deposited rs.**** (excess fee deposit as per rules Rs.***** was to be deposited as second semester fee but Rs. ***** deposited on **.**.** .thus amount of Rs. **** is refundable to me ) on the same day and prorata food and room charges. but despite of one and half month period. the university has not refunded no money to me.
plz redress my grievance by refund of hostel caution money, university caution money and excess fee deposited by me.
