I had purchased a Karvy Water purifier from the fraud company in ****. Since then, I have always taken their AMC. My machine is out of order since **th March **** and its over a month now. I have lodged repeated complaints with their toll-free number and the docket numbers are:

I have followed up numerous times and also sent multiple emails. Also tried to contact them over their Facebook page. They have zero response facility post sales. All they will do is sell their product and turn their backs to their customers.
I have two small kids at home and my mother who is a senior citizen. Hence, it is needless to mention that drinking water for us (or anyone) is not a luxury, rather it is an absolute necessity. Not having a source for drinking water at home for over a month is inconceivable. I need a new replacement machine as compensation to the hassles they have caused me for over a month. At the least, someone from their end needs to own up and contact me for a resolution.
