Propello - Incorrect and Misguided by Propello

i ankur bikash maity spouse of rituparna maity had purchased chimney and ro in ****.

post completion of *st year, I have agreed with the company for amc for both the products. the comprehensive contract cum receipts for both the products are attached herewith for your reference.

i had called today to the customer care at *********** at *:** pm from my registered mobile and had a word with faizan (not sure if I spell correctly). i would like to raise a complaint on the few things mentioned below.

*. the executive neither have petcence nor he has listening skill and was not polite too.

*. as I was told that the amc for RO was started since August ****, but the Date mentioned in the Contract is **th September ****. Moreover I had paid the AMC charges through cheque which will also proof the Date. I am not sure why the incorrect Date I was told.

*. I was also told that, the Free Service for Chimney will be strated from *st Dec'** and the last will be on **st August or by **th Oct'**.But I have to pay the charges towards any parts if required if the last service will happen post **st August '**. My question is when the End date of the Contract is **st August '** and as confirmed I can take the service within next * months from the end Date of Contract, then I should get the parts as well if required.

I am thinking to lodge a complaint in the Consumer Court, but before that I would like to have a response from the company and want the final confirmation on the above.
