Name of the Company:- HomeShop ** Product/ Service Type:- Woman's Clothes Order no / Transaction id:- ********* Date of purchase/transaction:- **/**/**** Amount paid:- Rs*** Reg mobile no:- ********** Reg email id:- anita sharma.sharma@gmail.com Present status:- I ordered Woman's Clothes from this company online on the above date. But she got totally different product, also it is of very cheap in quality. Regarding this I contact to the company but could not reached them. Now I want to lodge my grievance regarding the same. Expected:- I want from company to refund my amount I tried several times even daily *-*th time to contact through given contact even made more than **-** reminder on their suggested email ID but no reply from the company after so many efforts I received a coupon on verbal conversation which is now showing not valid for the product which ever the consumer select.Consumer told that the company is not giving any kind of positive response. Consumer want the to take strict action against the company .She want the details of Consumer forum. Expectation- Consumer want the company to refund the amount in cash. This company must be punished for its non-responsive nature.
