Travel Triangle - Holiday travel booking amount not refunded

I had booked a holiday package to Thailand on ** Jan ****. Due to Covid, the we were not able to go to the trip. As per there request, I waited for * year so we can plan the same trip again. But now i have lost hope of traveling. When i asked for a refund, they sent a mail ** Feb **** offering a refund of Rs.*,**,***/- and the refund will take around ** to ** working days. Now the ** days time is over and they are not replying to my mails. Now i want a full refund of Rs.*,**,***/- + any lawyer fees applicable for this case.
