I had booked a holiday for my family(including my parents/kids/wife)in Feb **** from above vendor.
As the COVID *st wave pandemic struck we could not travel and accordingly we asked for reimbursement but the company denied and asked us to postpone the travel.
We did postpone and planned accordingly, but the * nd wave had started and we could not travel due to young kids and elderly parents, no reimbursement was made instead they gave us a credit voucher to be used by Dec ****.
Now as we are planning the holiday, the company people are not responding properly in the following ways
*)By not sending me the proper itinerary
*)Charging more than what was supposed to be charged
