Colours Holiday - Holiday booking amount not refunded

My family had booked a tour with Colours Holiday (proprietor Mr S.Z. Khan) to Moscow and Saint Petersburg from *th June to **th June **** for * adults and * children. Rs *,**,*** had been paid to Colours Holiday online (transaction details attached for INR *L booking payment, full INR *L payment to Colours Holiday in * tranches) for making committed bookings.
However, on **th May, it was informed to us that no bookings had been confirmed due to some gross mismanagement by an employee in Colours Holiday organisation. As per our meeting in Colours Holiday office on **th May **** they had committed to refund the entire booking amount (* lakh INR) by *rd June Monday. But this has not been processed until now.
After repeated reminders, we received an email from their lawyer on *th June **** saying that Mr S.Z. Khan, Proprietor at Colours Holiday (B-**, Office No. *, Sector-**, Noida- ******, Uttar Pradesh) is suffering through some financial crunch at present and they requested time till **st June **** so that he could return the amount. Also, they promised to return the amount after deducting Rs. **,***/- as visa charges from the main amount. However, even this amount has not been received and Mr S.Z. Khan is not answering my family calls.
We would request the relevant authorities to take the strictest action against Mr Khan & Colours Holiday to enable us to receive our full refund amount (INR *L) and ensure that their GST / booking license gets immediately cancelled so they are unable to harass customers in future. Attaching the emails sent to Colours Holiday on the same along with the acknowledgement of this situation received from their lawyer.
