S Lalhriatpuia filed complaint against Colours Holiday on Mar 6, 2020
I made a booking for my family members a trip to middle east through this travel agency called Colours Holiday. We made an advance payment of Rs ****** . The date of the travel was to be **th September ****. But later they said the visa is delayed , and on *rd of october they said the visa is rejected without even providing any slip of rejection. So we ask for refund. First they said ** working days. We just keep on waiting, but they made new excuses every time. Recently he sent me a cheque of Rs ***** which i tried to redeem but found out that the signature was wrong. Now he is saying that he had send a new cheque that i have waited for * weeks which have not arrived yet. Please help us to get our money back.
