Hitachi AC 02 Tons - Product found defective No replacement refund as per customer demand

I had purchased a new * ton split AC on **th April **** from ADITYA VISION TARA MANDAL, Patna, which got installed on **st April ****. After installation when it was switched on for the first time there was sound from the fan as if something was blocking the fan. The engineer then uninstalled the product and dismantled it to find out that the drum/motor was not in proper place. He fixed it somehow, but after operating for about ** mins there was water dripping inside my room. He tried to fix it but could not do so. Afterwards several engineers came and the machine was uninstalled and installed several times in several days. They inserted paper and foam pieces as if it is an old product. After several days the issue was fixed by several visits. I cannot explain in words, the pain, that I had to face. I had purchased a new machine and I would like to have just that. Please help me get a brand new replacement product, and the promised * years warranty as soon as possible. I shall be highly obliged to you for this act of yours. Attached is the bill. Complain Nos.
