Hitachi - Hitachi Ac complaint service not provided for new Ac

This is to inform you that we have purchased * split ac from Raipur. The electronics sales person was Ganesh Pramanick. On dated *th May ****, * no of inexperienced people visited around * pm for installation. They don't have knowledge how to install we have to provide electrician from our end. Now again within ** days, we are facing the problem of water leakage. We have informed dealer & also called at toll-free no. The toll-free number executive after hearing the matter disconnected the call thrice. After so many calls we received the call around * pm from Mr Ritambhar that service people will be attending the call.
After that mapped agency gave a call from ********** & misbehaved. Later again we called Mr Ritambhar we understand that Mr Manoj will be attending the service call. Now around ** pm, we get to know that he is still his way. And now he is blaming us that we have refused the call. We are totally frustrated after buying Hitachi AC.
