I am very frustrating about the product of Hitachi air conditioner and service also.
The below product was purchased in ****.

In ****, the AC was not working and the problem started like outdoor board was damaged due to a mouse was bitten. Then the technician came and replace outdoor board and charged ₹*,***. Then, we requested to technician to cover outdoor unit using net, they charged additional charges for that. They didn't suggested to change outdoor unit to somewhere.
After * months, Again the AC was not working properly, we raised service request then another technician came from the same service centre and they told again the board was damaged due to a mouse was bitten and the net was not covered properly. They are asking again ₹*,***
As a customer, we don't no where to keep the outdoor unit whether it is front or back. The technician never suggested anything.
We are middle class family and our house is cement sheet roof. We can't do pay& service every six months. I already raised complaint under *********** but never received any proper response.
We have been waiting from March ** , No proper response from customer care and service team
