They delayed my credit card payment (Order ID WR*VVO*VJ*) which I made by UPI and I was charged hefty late payment and interest charges amount to Rs ****.** from my bank. As per CREDs policy they are supposed to refund all the late and interest payment charges to me since it's they're fault but they have been taking me on a ride for months asking for written statement from the bank and what not. Even after providing all proofs they are not willing to refund me the charges.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
