I have took healthifyme subscription. I was severely fell ill with their plan and rushed to hospital. Later my therapist also said that diet is giving me ED and I should stop diet now. Point to note is, diet plan is not catered to my needs, I live in a pg but still they gave some random food options. Now they are saying that they cant cancel my subscription. I tried mailing them and they are simply saying we cant cancel as it is your stress. We can deactivate for now or you can transfer to someone else. They refund policy mentioned service lapses, but now they are saying there is no service lapse here. They are trying to manipulate things their way.
