Mediassist - Health Insurance Claim Not approved

I have submitted Health Insurance claim from Mediassist from **st August,**** on behalf of my parents who are retired HAL Personnel. I have been following up with them for the same but they are not giving me any response and they are delaying the payment by * months and its still not received.
