Mediassist - Insurance Reimbursement not Refunded

I am writing this email to raise my dissatisfaction against the insurance company Medi Assist.

In the year of ****, I have enrolled for the extra package for my dependent (parents). If we are not benefited from the insurance policies/ facilities provided to the employees, this is just waste of our investment.

Unfortunately, my father was hospitalized due to an emergency and I have informed the insurance company about hospitalization at same time as per policy. Post his discharge, I have submitted all the required documents like prescription, medical bills, investigation prescriptions with reports, all detailed bills and registration details with ICU- IPD paper copies to the concerned insurer and still I am facing rejections from the insurance company.

*. Claim ********* -
All documents are submitted and accepted by the insurance company on **Nov’**. However the claim is showing as denied and Reason provided is that hospital is not responding. When I checked with insurance company they provided the details of the hospital contact person which was incorrect. Hence, I checked with hospital insurance department directly and have provided correct contact details of the insurance person from the hospital to connect.
No response since **Nov’**.

After multiple follow-ups, insurance company have re-opened this case and again requested to provide multiple details of the bills and copied whereas we have provided all original bills and attestations in first place. Why these questions were not raised at first place? This process is to just waste the time and deny the claim. (attached the bill split with bill numbers(all original bills are sent to insurance company).

-I have submitted all the required original documents like prescription, medical bills, investigation prescriptions with reports, all detailed bills (excel with bill no and total attached ) and registration details with ICU- IPD paper copies to the concerned insurer .
- I have provided detailed copy of excel sheet printout with all the bills details with amount and bill numbers including the total on it. Still the final amount updated on the website claim is incorrect(₹*,**,*** instead of correct amount- ₹*,***,**.**)
After multiple follow-ups insurance company have not updated the correct amount and have process only ₹**,***. We have asked to update the amount, however no response. No information on the reason provided further.

Kindly help me to recover the insurance amount from the Insurance company. I am a working female and need to get this expedited without any delays now.
