I was never told about insurance on the home loan. Now I am being forced to take one. When I denied taking the insurance, I am told that the loan will not be disbursed. I have written multiple e-mails to refund my money, as I do not want to take a home loan from such a pathetic bank and especially like Joris Jose (HDFC Bank). They are neither replying nor refunding my money. Please help. I am attaching the e-mail with all the conversations.
