Hdfc - Hdfc annual fee charges

Hi.. Hdfc bank is charging me new debit card annual charges (Rs.***/-) since ****. And I haven’t received any new chip based debit card yet. In **** I called them once and got my money back ***/- but then I could see many such charges for no reason. This is just not fair. And also they have blocked my debit old card long back. I have been using paytm Gpay PhonePe upi links to pay everyone. At times if I face any network issue then I couldn’t buy anything coz of this nuisance created by Hdfc. I am seriously fed up of this. Please help me out.
