I ordered Whirlpool washing machine from Whirlpool website on ** the June and it was to deliver between * to * days. From * the of ordering I found that status remains same as processing till now.
It has been * days .
I tried calling customer care number regarding delivery of product. They say they will transfer my call to seniors and after holding for ** ** minutes the call gets disconnected.
I try to reach through fb messanger Twitter ,their complain id helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com but haven't recieve any response. I only receive automated response which I believe is of no use.
Very pathetic sales proccss and service
